Mugshot March: Second Chance Tuesday… plus the winners of the Ladies of Crime Contest!

Congratulations to Ruby, Phyllis, and Laura on a 3-way win. If I didn’t choose the mugshots, I’m reasonably sure I wouldn’t have gotten any right. I find it harder to guess about females.

This gentleman had multiple encounters with the law. He wasn’t much for variety,  though. He got picked up for the same crime over and over. Sometimes there were related crimes to avoid consequences but he was really a specialist of sorts. What was that crime?
