Oh wow. This one gives me the creeps. I wouldn’t let one of those creatures perch on me. Not even for Monet. LikeLiked by 2 people Reply
Wish Monet used this photo to paint one of his “impressionism” paintings. I am not a connoisseur of art but it seems to me that Monet was an enigma. Some of his paintings, in my opinion, are more “realism” than “impressionism.” LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
He did paint Venice but it didn’t look much like this! I love Art Nouveau and Henri Matisse’s expressionist work but I’m not a connoisseur either! https://artsandculture.google.com/story/TQUhwOmSAhkOLA LikeLike Reply
From the look on her face, Mrs. Monet doesn’t like pigeons any more than I do. Bless her heart! LikeLiked by 1 person Reply
Lol, Alice Monet was a good sport about it! I don’t like pigeons either. I read the other day that Nikola Tesla loved them. It astounded me! LikeLike Reply
