Interesting background to this picture as well. Is that a fire hydrant? I wonder what is the story with the person in all black clothing? And it almost looks like there is a car parked down the street, but I can’t quite see what it actually is.

I don’t know about the figure in black other than that it must be a man because of his clothes. Could the fire hydrant object maybe be a hitching post?
