You don’t think of happy times and Herbert Hoover together too often, do you? We associate him with the stock market crash and the Great Depression. But those days were far away when this picture was snapped in 1905 in Melbourne, Australia.
This was undeniably a happy moment in the life of the former president!

Loved this picture. We sometimes forget we are all just people, with all the same emotions and feelings regardless of our station in life. Nice to see a light-hearted moment captured for all time.

Yes it is and especially so in this fast paced life we all live now. We are bombarded with images, news, pictures, etc. and seldom take the time to look a bit longer or deeper. Thanks for sharing this picture to remind us to take a moment now and then!
